The Victor® Medalist 250 medium duty welding and cutting torch kit features the new 400 series torch handle and cutting attachment. The WH411-C torch handle has an ergonomic design and is made from a high performance alloy that has three times the tensile strength of brass. Color-coded knobs help the user make fuel gas and oxygen adjustments easily. Built-in check valves eliminate the reverse flow of gases, increasing safety. The CA411-3 cutting attachment features a more efficient design that enhances visibility. Both the 400 series torch handle and cutting attachment come with a 5-year warranty.
This medium-duty system cuts up to 1/2" or 5" with optional tips (the torch takes Victor 3 Series Acetylene Tips (0331-prefix). It welds up to 5/64" or 1.25" with optional nozzles.

We're happy to provide FREE GROUND SHIPPING to any of our customers in the Continental United States on all orders over $100.
For all orders under $100 a flat $10 GROUND SHIPPING fee will apply.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns received within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus our original shipping/handling cost. Orders returned outside of the 14 day window are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus our original shipping/handling cost. Returned items must be in new condition, in original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. All sales are final after 30 days.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase, send your exchange requests to info@metalcuttingsupply.com. Then simply return the new, unused item in its original packaging.
We ask that you include your contact information, a copy of the original packing slip, and the item(s) you’d like in exchange. When we receive your request and process your exchange request, we’ll send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Once we receive payment, we’ll ship out the new item and email you a tracking number. It’s that easy.
